MTA Arts for Transit

William has been involved in the design and creation of a faceted glass project for the Parkchester subway station in the Bronx NY. The The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has contracted William Low as designer and Erskin Mitchell Stained Glass as fabricator.
